Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged product, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return Eligibility

A return or exchange request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

A product is eligible for return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is incomplete.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The product is returned in its original condition.
  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging are included.
  • You provide a valid order number, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Smart Solutions reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:

  • The product has been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered.
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, or manuals are missing.
  • The return request is made after the 10-day return period.
  • The Return & Exchange Policy has been misused.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Registered Mobile Number or Email Address
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Providing complete information helps us process your request quickly.


Return Shipping Process

After your request has been reviewed and approved, our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process.

Depending on your location, you may be asked to:

  • Drop off the parcel at our designated courier location, or
  • Wait for a pickup service (available in selected cities only).

Please note:

  • Pickup service is available only in selected areas.
  • Returned parcels usually reach our warehouse within 3–5 working days.

Inspection & Approval

Once your returned product reaches our warehouse, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions.

After inspection, we will notify you whether your request has been:

  • Approved
  • Rejected

The final decision depends on:

  • Product condition
  • Nature of the issue
  • Stock availability
  • Your preferred resolution (Refund or Exchange)

Refund Policy

Once your return has been approved, Smart Solutions will process your refund within 24–48 business hours.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.


Exchange Policy

Once your exchange request has been approved:

  • Your replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • You may exchange your item for another product of equal value.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, our support team will assist you in selecting an alternative product or processing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Cosmetics with broken safety seals
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Clearance or Final Sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing photos or videos of the product.

Our team will review your case on priority and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow our Return & Exchange Policy.


Important Notice

Products that:

  • Do not meet the return conditions,
  • Are returned after the 10-day return window,
  • Are sent without prior approval from our Customer Support Team,

may not be accepted.
