Shipping Information
To ensure successful delivery, customers are requested to:
- Provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Enter an active mobile phone number for order confirmation and courier communication.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the order
- Invalid contact information
Smart Solutions reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, Smart Solutions offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready (where possible) to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is incomplete.
- The product is damaged or defective.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals (if applicable), and proof of purchase must be included.

- Returns sent without prior approval from Smart Solutions may not be accepted.
- All returned products are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.
- Approved refunds and replacement orders are processed according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
